Credit card payments may include a processing fee of up to 3.5%. Customers may avoid this fee by selecting Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency during checkout. Any applicable payment processing fees are clearly displayed before payment is finalized.

Finished e-liquid and e-juice products are intended for use with compatible vaping devices and equipment. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is compatible with their device and for following the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended use and compatible with their devices and equipment. Nicotine To Go cannot guarantee compatibility or performance with every device, pod, atomizer, coil, tank, or other hardware.

Nicotine To Go is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, improper storage, modification, contamination, unauthorized alteration, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose, labeling, instructions, or applicable laws.

DIY Mixing and Calculator Disclaimer

Nicotine To Go may provide calculators, recipe tools, mixing guides, formulas, educational information, or other resources intended to assist customers with calculating or preparing DIY e-liquid.

These tools and resources are provided for informational and calculation purposes only. Calculator results are estimates based on the information entered by the customer and the assumptions, formulas, and ingredient characteristics used by the calculator.

The calculator does not independently verify the nicotine concentration, VG/PG ratio, ingredient density, flavour concentration, product composition, measurements, equipment, or other information entered by the customer. The calculator also cannot verify the actual composition or final nicotine concentration of a mixture prepared by the customer.

Customers assume responsibility for the preparation, handling, storage, and use of any DIY mixture they create using products purchased from Nicotine To Go or information provided through this website.

Product Appearance

The colour and clarity of nicotine products may naturally vary due to ingredients, flavourings, oxidation, normal aging, exposure to light, storage conditions, manufacturing variations between batches, or other factors.

Variations in colour or clarity between products or batches are normal and do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective or that its intended nicotine concentration, quality, safety, or performance has been affected.

Shipping

Nicotine To Go currently ships within Canada only.

Orders are processed as soon as reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, supplier availability, weekends, holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only. Nicotine To Go is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, labour disruptions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where required by law or carrier policy, age verification and/or a signature may be required upon delivery. Failure to comply with delivery requirements may result in the shipment being returned. Any additional shipping charges resulting from an unsuccessful delivery remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is returned because the recipient is unable or unwilling to provide legally required age verification, refuses delivery, or otherwise does not complete the required delivery process, the order will be treated as a refused shipment.

Due to the nature of nicotine and vaping products and their inability to be returned to inventory for resale, a restocking fee representing the full value of the non-resaleable product will apply. The restocking fee for refused or age-verification returns is equal to the full purchase price of the order. No refund will be issued for the returned product. Original shipping charges and any additional return shipping or carrier fees, where applicable, are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer and the shipment is returned to Nicotine To Go, any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers who wish to have the order shipped again will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping at our current shipping rates. Promotional, discounted, or previously paid shipping rates do not apply to reshipped orders.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of nicotine and vaping products and for health and safety reasons, Nicotine To Go does not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We only accept returns for incorrect or damaged items that are reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products reported outside the stated 48-hour reporting period cannot reasonably be verified and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refunds or replacements are available only for products shipped in error or products that arrive damaged during transit. Approved returns are subject to inspection where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Product performance, device compatibility, customer preference, perceived differences in product characteristics, or subjective experience are not grounds for a refund or exchange once a product has been opened or used.
